Modeling helps to develop perfect posture which in turn gives the appearance of confidence and poise. Speech is also improved by giving more power to your voice through correct posistion of the diaphram. Proper posture gives the body a more youthful appearance and improves overall good health allowing the inner organs to function properly. Modeling also helps in developing coordination.
